– Schedules are subject to changes – Admission to hall is strictly by show of badges only and badges must be worn at all times on the exhibition floor during the build-up and tear down period.
– For security reasons, please safeguard your belongings closely.
– During the Opening time of Exhibition, exhibitors are not allowed to move-in and dismantle exhibits without the approval of the Organizer.
– During the build-up and tear down period, customers must safeguard their belongings closely. During the time of move-in or dismantle the booth and during the Exhibition opening time, the Organizing Committee will not be responsible to the exhibitor for any loss
– We always give priority to all additional Service orders that was resisted 10 days before the opening time. All the onsite additional orders will be late delivery.
